SO, since I'm in Paris now, I wanted to quip a bit about Prague...maybe not a bit but a lot...haha and post up my pics FINALLY so you can all enjoyyyyyy!!! I will do Praha in a nutshell and then later go day by day, catching up to Paris!

Reuniting with
Adam again was soooo nice! and in Prague, It felt the same..just we were older haha! Adam is teaching is English in
Prague and he is SO handsome and mature. He bought a one-way ticket to Prague about a month ago and will stay there indefinitely, and he's only been speaking Czech for about 2 months and teaching for 3 weeks! Sooooo Adam..he would be able to pick up a language for a bit and then move there hahaha. My whole family and I are soo proud of him! I didn't realize that the last time we've seen each other was right before we each left to college....3 years ago!!! Adam's parents moved out of Quail Run (the best house there, btw: the HUGE orange one with the pool and the view RIGHT above the letters) right after Capo and to Florida, and Adam went to FAU...but we always figured we would be the kind of friends who won't see each other for maybe 10 years and then see each other again and it would be the same--we were right!! hahaWe dropped off our things and freshened up at The Residence, our hotel-apartment on Bologne in Prague, then met Adam in Wenceslas Square. He gave us a mini tour and histoire of things and had to go do some apartment schbizz. We met in front of the Astronomical Clock

the 2nd day and realized that there was an event going on in Wencecslas Square for the 40th anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Prague....they had a tank on display and everything! So we walk over and then go look for a place to eat, settling on a jazz music restaurant (where, go figure, they charge us for the live music but don't tell us in the beginning HAHA...Adam says that is SO TYPICAL Eastern Europe..jazz music was nice anyway).
Unfortunately, we say goodnight, not realizing that our plans to see each other the next day would fall through! :( Love you Adam!! <333 style="font-weight: bold;">THINGS ABOUT PRAGUE:
- It is NOT cheap. Not at all! It's actually expensive..comparable to Paris, no joke. My dad and I got $1 = 15.71Czk with no commission, and that was a deal. BUT, 1 soda ~ 60 Czk (almost $4!!!); 1 keychain = 199 Czk (almost $13!!!).
- It's gorgeous. Historical. Artsy. Musical. Historical places are always potentially romantic because they remind you of a time past and that people really LIVED these cobblestone roads and give you at least a piece of the city's memory for you to try and imagine what everything used to look like...what time everything took...you really appreciate the details and get a sense of securing an old world edging close to extinction.
- Everyone will try and rip you off any chance they get! You MUST be sharp. It's imperative!
- Overall, the younger generations are very kind; they are the ones who grew up in more of an integrated world--towards the end of and post-iron curtain. Adam hushed to me earlier about some people still being racist and if I could tell...I told him that I got the aura from a couple people, but on whole, the reception to us was definitely in our favor....WELLLL IRONICALLY, we had 1 racist experience I will post about later. I'm warning you that will be full of infuriation, so I don't want to spoil the mood of this lovely one! :)

Wow it looks like disneyland!! It really does look like a fairytale. When I saw that clock tower for the first time I immediately thought of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride for some reason. (That's what its called i think?) So yeah your picture quality is amazing. I clicked on it to see and it was really clear. You are so gorgeous! It sounds like you're having tons of fun. Can't wait til you are back!
