So I've set up this Travel Blog for all of you to see my adventures!
I plan to write as much as possible, as I'm sure every single day will be eventful. I am ECSTATIC for Europe!! It's been so long since I've been back and this is a much needed trip, due at a timely manner! Please comment often so I have something to look forward to read whenever I log on!
I'll be gone for 5 weeks and will come back 2 days before school starts, leaving bliss behind and ready to hit the ground running (naturally).I'm going through so many life changes right now...it's a crazy time, but nothing I can't handle. Everything is based on mindset. What would life be without conflict? Boring. Too easy. Uneventful. Nothing to learn from! Nothing to ponder about. Life adjustments are never easy, but often the right things to do and often imperative. Better now than later. All damage control, right?
When I come back, I'm moving in to my new place in NEWPORT on 42nd street with 2 very lovely ladies I am looking so forward to be living with!!! Since the place is furnished, the only thing I (and every girl, really) need to fret about moving is my closet (aka shoes)...but even that shouldn't be worth sweating over. I already packed for Europe (leaving on Mon) and tomorrow, I'll start getting things organized so that moving in will be an uber smooth and easy transition. I predict mostly coats, hats, and shoes, which will be adequate and appropriate for Fall! Probably everything I amass from Europe also, hahaha!
Alright, I should head to bed soon since I'm going in to BB Dakota at 9am, then lunch, shopping, and work until 9pm! BUT, before I do so, I should list some revelations:
- When I go to Prague, it is absolutely ESSENTIAL that I visit Franz Kafka's grave!!! Maybe I'll write some existential poem to celebrate the occasion...or perhaps about a vermin? Maybe even something like...."Kafka's grave? What grave? If this is a grave then I am a grave. He is me and I am him. We are all connected." Haha.
- He's placed in the Jewish cemetery, which is only open 9-1 on Tues and Thurs.
- SELF NOTE: $25 ~ 500Kc; $1 = 20 Kc. This will come in handy later when I need to calculate.
- On another note, 2 places I am utterly disappointed to be unable to visit are Krakow and Munich! No trains connect Krakow to Prague or Paris, and we're not going through Munich. :(
- I guess that just means another trip for the future! :)

hey you should be able to get a train. it's easier to figure it out when you get there bc eastern europe is bad with the internet. but krakow and munich should be easy destinations. I know people that went to both from prague. paris is a little farther. that would take almost a full day so i would look at discount airlines. skyeurope is good. good luck. my best advice is to plan only the necessary things and leave the rest to spontaniety. it's always better that way.
hey jakkkkyyy! have fun i cant wait to read your posts .. keep me updated! i love you~ tia
